How can I pay? 

Currently you can pay your order by Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and more), Cash on Delivery (for the Balkans) and Bank Transfer/Deposit. 

However, we are always working on additional payment options to make your purchase even easier!

How does the delivery work?

If you haven't had a Labbox subscription box before, your first box will be shipped depending on your location as follows:

Local orders (Kosovo and Albania) are shipped on the first Friday after the order date and take 2-5 business days to arrive.

International orders are shipped on the first Wednesday after the order date and take 7-14 business days to arrive. 

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, couriers are reporting delays.

What costs should I expect for international shipping?

The costs for international shipments are paid by the recipient. Any additional fees incurred (for example, customs duties) are also the responsibility of customers. 

How does Labbox test their products to guarantee safety?

Being parents ourselves, above all, the safety of the kids who use and play with our products is our foremost priority! Thus, all of our projects undergo rigorous testing from our side and have to pass all safety standards for their designed age group. Additionally, all our products have CE/FCC certification, meaning they conform with EU and US regulations for electronic devices.
