In most cases, if the recipient has not received a Labbox subscription before, the first box will be shipped on the first Wednesday after order is placed for international orders and on Friday for local orders (Kosovo, Albania). Once the box is shipped please allow 7 to 14 business days for international addresses, and 2-5 business days for local delivery (Kosovo, Albania) Additionally, shipping carriers are reporting delays due to COVID-19 and the quantity of shipments in their systems.
